Job summary

A renowned tea company in Singapore is looking for a Pastry Assistant to work closely with the Chef in creating and preparing pastries. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of relevant experience, demonstrate teamwork, and maintain a professional attitude. Responsibilities include ensuring hygiene regulations are met and checking food quality and storage.

• 1 – 2 years relevant experience in French pastries.

Job Descriptions

• Straight-shifts schedule of 5 days 44 working hours
• Assist Chef with creation and preparation of pastries
• Ensure that food handling and hygiene regulations are followed in accordance with NEA standards
• Ensure that the quality, quantity, and correctness of food items served and displayed are as per standard recipes of Company and Chef
• Check that quantity and quality of items ordered are received and stored in proper condition

• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
