PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Demand Planner on a 6-month contract in Singapore.
The role focuses on supporting IBP, forecasting, and cross-functional planning with strong Excel and analytics skills. The position offers a hybrid work arrangement: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, with a 5,000–5,500 SGD monthly salary. Ideal candidates will have prior demand planning or S&OP experience in FMCG or fast-paced industries, plus proficiency in Excel and SAP APO.

Our client, a leadingFMCG / consumer goods company, is looking for aDemand Plannerto support its Demand Planning function as part of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process.
This is a great opportunity for candidates withstrong analytical and Excel skillswho are keen to develop their expertise in demand planning and work closely with multiple business functions.
Support the Demand Planning function as part of the Integrated Business Planning (IBP) process, contributing to forecasting, planning discussions and business strategies.
Manage short-term and long-term demand forecasts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business requirements.
Work closely with Commercial, Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service and Order Management teams to support effective supply-demand planning.
Partner with forecasting and analytics teams to develop and refine statistical demand forecasts.
Analyse forecast variances, service-level issues and planning gaps, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Maintain and utilise demand planning systems and tools to support planning activities.
Monitor and report key demand planning KPIs, including forecast accuracy, supply outlook, shipment risks and overall planning performance.
Support inventory planning initiatives to improve inventory health, reduce excess stock and minimise obsolescence risks.
Manage and follow through on open issues arising from the monthly IBP cycle, ensuring timely resolution and closure.
Support regional and global digital transformation initiatives, including forecasting and system enhancement projects.
Prior experience inDemand Planning, Supply Planning, IBP or S&OP.
Candidates from FMCG, consumer goods, food manufacturing or other fast-paced industries are welcome.Industry experience is not limited to FMCG.
Strong proficiency inMicrosoft Excel, including advanced functions and macros.
Experience withSAP/APOis highly preferred.
Experience withPower BIand/or other analytics tools will be advantageous.
Familiarity with demand forecasting, inventory planning and S&OP/IBP processes.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
Strong business acumen and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across multiple functions.
Able to manage tight timelines and follow through on issues to closure.
Self-motivated, adaptable and keen to learn and grow within a dynamic business environment.
