Zusammenfassung
Anter Consulting is seeking a DeltaV System Programmer to lead software architecture, configuration and CSV of Emerson DeltaV DCS and PLC systems. You will ensure automated logic meets process requirements and strict global regulatory standards, including GAMP 5 and 21 CFR Part 11.
You will also act as the SME for software validation, ensuring all automated systems stay compliant, secure and audit-ready.
Qualifikationen
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or Instrumentation & Control.
- 6+ years in GMP-regulated pharma or biotech environment.
- Expert-level experience in Emerson DeltaV, Siemens TIA Portal or Allen-Bradley RSLogix.
- Deep knowledge of the GAMP 5 lifecycle and 21 CFR Part 11.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Ability to explain complex software logic to non-technical stakeholders.
Aufgaben
- Lead software design and data source configuration for DeltaV systems.
- Own DeltaV batch execution, S88 recipe authoring and equipment module logic.
- Act as the SME for software validation.
- Author and execute lifecycle documents, including URS, FS, DS and IQ/OQ/PQ protocols.
- Manage data flow between DeltaV and LIMS, SAP and IP.21.
- Build connectivity using OPC UA/DA and ODBC interfaces.
- Perform code reviews and audit trail analysis.
- Lead investigations into software-related deviations and implement CAPA.
- Ensure automated systems comply with data integrity (ALCOA+) principles.
- Apply cybersecurity protocols for industrial control systems.
