Job summary
Anter Consulting Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a skilled software architect for Emerson DeltaV DCS/PLC systems and CSV validation in GMP environments. You will design software, validate life-cycle documents, and ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance across LIMS, SAP, and external interfaces.
You must have in-depth DeltaV/Siemens/Allen Bradley expertise, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex logic to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Instrumentation & Control.
- Minimum 6+ years in a GMP-regulated environment (Pharma/Biotech).
- Expert-level Emerson DeltaV, Siemens TIA Portal, or Allen Bradley RSLogix.
- Deep knowledge of GAMP 5 lifecycle and 21 CFR Part 11.
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to communicate complex software logic to non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead software architecture, configuration, and CSV for DeltaV DCS/PLC systems.
- Act as SME for software validation; author and execute lifecycle docs (URS, FS, DS, IQ/OQ/PQ).
- Manage data flow between DeltaV and external platforms (LIMS, SAP, IP.21).
- Perform code reviews and audit trail analysis; drive CAPA investigations.
- Ensure automation systems comply with ALCOA+ and cybersecurity protocols.
