Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine is seeking a Supply Chain Deliver leader responsible for the SMIP markets (SG/MY/ID/PH), overseeing warehouse and distribution, inventory, and inbound shipments. You will own 4PL performance, SOPs, KPIs, and broker relationships.

The role requires 5+ years in logistics with 2+ years in people management, a university degree, strong decision-making, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• University/Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent in Business, Logistics, Engineering.
• 5+ years in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 2+ years in people management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day 4PL operations within warehouse, distribution and customer service.
• Manage import/export shipments through customs broker and transport suppliers.
• Support SAP order processing, financial closing, inventory and reconciliation.
• Drive 4PL performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Quality, EHS and Compliance; support audits and CAPA.
• Lead delivery readiness for NPI and cross-functional initiatives.
• Coordinate with procurement on tenders and CIP projects.
• Manage regional program implementation and regional stakeholders.
• Develop and lead high-performance SMIP Deliver team.
