LUXOFT INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Delivery Manager with deep FM Asset Class expertise (Options, Fix Income, Equities) for a critical Trade Surveillance project.

You will coordinate multi-team governance, mentor Python developers and automation engineers, and drive delivery quality leveraging Gen AI. You will lead a 30+ strong team, define delivery plans, manage risks, and collaborate with Bank stakeholders to ensure timely project execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Delivery Manager or Lead Business Analyst experience.
• Experience in FM Asset Class (Options, Fix Income, Equities) and Trade Life Cycle.
• Some technical background in analyzing or reviewing code changes.
• Strong people and stakeholder management experience.
• Experience managing a team of 30+ developers, BAs and automation engineers.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with stakeholders across project teams, align timelines and funding, and manage governance with the technical development manager.
• Collaborate with cross-discipline team members to ensure on-time delivery of requirements and schedules.
• Document actions from workshops and track deliverables.
• Prepare Gap Analyses, Business Requirements Documents and Project Approval Requests.
• Work with SMEs to understand processes and capture requirements.
• Raise Risks and Issues to Product Owners, Business Owners and Program Management.
• Support project testing cycles and prepare test packs.
• Understand current systems and propose system/process improvements.
• Mentor and guide Python developers and automation engineers.
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
• Manage a team of 30+ developers and automation engineers.
• Prepare delivery plans and coordinate with Bank stakeholders.
• RAID management of the project.
• Leverage Gen AI to improve productivity and delivery quality.

Project description

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Delivery Manager with deep expertise in FM Asset Class (Options , Fix Income , Equities) for a critical Trade Surveillance project built on Q KDB and Python / Pyspark

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with stakeholders from various project teams in Financial Markets, agree timelines and funding, manage all governance requirements in close collaboration with technical development manager
• Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
• Document Actions from the workshops and assist with the tracking of the deliverables.
• Prepare Gap Analysis, Business Requirements Documents and Project Approval Requests
• Work closely with SME experts in various areas of the business gaining an understanding of their processes.
• Document and raise any Risks and Issues to the Product Owners, Business owners and Program Management.
• Take part in project testing cycles and assist with the preparation of test packs.
• Understand the functionalities of the current systems and process, and come up with requirements for system/process improvements.
• Mentor & guide Python developers & automation engineers in building world class products
• Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to developers
• Manage a team of 30+ developers & automation engineers
• Prepare delivery plan and liaise with Bank stakeholders in executing the plan
• RAID management of project
• Leverage Gen AI solutions to improve overall productivity and delivery quality

Skills

Must have

• 10+ years of overall experience as Delivery Manager or Lead Business Analyst
• Must have experience as a Business Analyst in FM Asset Class (Options , Fix Income , Equities etc) and Trade Life Cycle
• Some technical background in analyzing or reviewing code changes
• Strong people and stakeholder management experience
• Past Experience in Managing a team of 30+ developers ,BA and automation engineers

Nice to have

• Experience to trade surveillance or any other Banking / Compliance domains
