Job summary

Luxoft in Singapore seeks an experienced Delivery Manager with deep expertise in Financial Markets asset classes (Options, Fixed Income, Equities) to lead a critical Trade Surveillance program built on Q/KDB, Python and PySpark. You will drive delivery across multiple teams and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure on-time, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as Delivery Manager or Lead Business Analyst
• Experience as a Business Analyst in FM Asset Class (Options, Fixed Income, Equities) and Trade Life Cycle
• Some technical background in analyzing or reviewing code changes
• Strong people and stakeholder management experience
• Past experience managing a team of 30+ developers, BAs and automation engineers

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders from various project teams in Financial Markets, agree timelines and funding, manage governance with technical development manager
• Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to ensure on-track with requirements, deadlines, schedules
• Document actions from workshops and assist with tracking deliverables
• Prepare Gap Analysis, BRDs and Project Approval Requests
• Work with SME experts to understand processes
• Document and raise Risks and Issues to Product Owners, Business Owners and Program Management
• Participate in project testing cycles and prepare test packs
• Understand current systems and propose improvements, mentor Python developers and automation engineers, perform code reviews, manage a team of 30+
• Prepare delivery plan and liaise with Bank stakeholders
• RAID management and leveraging Gen AI to improve productivity and delivery quality

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Delivery Manager with deep expertise in FM Asset Class (Options , Fix Income , Equities) for a critical Trade Surveillance project built on Q KDB and Python / Pyspark

Responsibilities

• Coordinating with stakeholders from various project teams in Financial Markets, agree timelines and funding, manage all governance requirements in close collaboration with technical development manager
• Coordinating with cross discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules
• Document Actions from the workshops and assist with the tracking of the deliverables.
• Prepare Gap Analysis, Business Requirements Documents and Project Approval Requests
• Work closely with SME experts in various areas of the business gaining an understanding of their processes.
• Document and raise any Risks and Issues to the Product Owners, Business owners and Program Management.
• Take part in project testing cycles and assist with the preparation of test packs.
