Job summary

Castle Rock EXIM in Singapore is seeking reliable Delivery Drivers for a 5-day week, Monday–Friday. Primary duties include delivering customer orders across Singapore, loading and unloading, and ensuring on-time, accurate deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders to residential and commercial locations across Singapore
• Complete assigned daily delivery routes efficiently and on time
• Check orders and delivery addresses before departure
• Load and unload orders from the delivery van
• Deliver cartons safely to customers and obtain Proof of Delivery (POD)
• Handle wines, spirits and other products carefully to minimise damage
• Communicate promptly with the operations team regarding delays, failed deliveries or access issues
• Follow age-verification procedures for alcohol deliveries where required
• Maintain the assigned company EV van in a clean and responsible condition
• Assist with warehouse packing, loading and general operational duties when required

Delivery Driver

Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 5-Day Week
Salary: $2,400 – $2,800 per month

Castle Rock EXIM is a Singapore-based e-commerce retailer specialising in wines, spirits, beers, drinking water and other beverages.

We are looking for reliable, responsible and physically fit Delivery Drivers to join our growing e-commerce delivery team.

This is primarily a delivery role. Your main responsibility is to deliver customer orders safely, accurately and on time across Singapore. You may also be required to assist the warehouse team with packing, loading and other operational duties when needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver customer orders to residential and commercial locations across Singapore

• Complete assigned daily delivery routes efficiently and on time

• Check orders and delivery addresses before departure

• Load and unload orders from the delivery van

• Deliver cartons safely to customers and obtain Proof of Delivery (POD)

• Handle wines, spirits and other products carefully to minimise damage or breakage

• Communicate promptly with the operations team regarding delays, failed deliveries or access issues

• Follow age-verification procedures for alcohol deliveries where required

• Maintain the assigned company EV van in a clean and responsible condition

• Assist with warehouse packing, loading and general operational duties when required

Company EV Van & Delivery Expenses

A company EV van will be assigned for delivery duties. The driver may drive the assigned EV van home after work and park it at their residential carpark.

The company will cover authorised vehicle expenses incurred for delivery purposes:

• Company EV van provided for delivery duties

• Driver may take the assigned EV van home after work

• EV charging expenses will be reimbursed weekly by the company

• Driver is responsible for ensuring the EV van has sufficient charge to complete the following working day's assigned deliveries

• Company CashCard provided for ERP and carpark charges incurred during deliveries

• CashCard will be topped up by the company as required when the available balance is insufficient for delivery purposes

• Season parking at the employee's residential carpark will be paid by the company only after formal confirmation of employment

• Driver is responsible for the proper care and reasonable cleanliness of the assigned vehicle

• Vehicle faults, accidents or damage must be reported promptly

Physical Requirements

This is an active and physically demanding delivery position involving regular loading, unloading and carrying of beverage cartons.

Some cartons of beer and drinking water may weigh up to approximately 15kg each. A trolley will be provided to assist with deliveries.

Applicants must be physically fit and comfortable handling cartons throughout the working day.

Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 3A driving licence

• Safe and responsible driving record

• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

• Reliable and punctual

• Good time management and able to complete assigned deliveries efficiently

• Familiar with Singapore roads or comfortable using navigation apps

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision

• Courteous and professional when dealing with customers

• Willing to assist with warehouse duties when operationally required

Previous delivery, courier or logistics experience is an advantage, but candidates with the right attitude, safe driving habits and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
