Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Delivery Attendant to support delivery operations. The role involves ensuring safety during working hours, coordinating with the planning team, and maintaining clear communication during supply operations. Candidates must have at least 2 years of relevant experience in PSA or Jurong Port and be able to handle shift work. This position offers a competitive salary range of $1,000 - $4,000 gross.

Responsibilities

• Prevent injuries and maintain a safe and healthy environment.
• Support the OSH program and ensure adherence to regulations.
• Confirm product and quantity as per delivery ticket before supply.
• Assist in loading/unloading of supply equipment.
• Perform rigging & signaling of cargoes during vessel supply.
• Communicate clearly with Chief Engineer and driver during supply.
• Submit all delivery documents after completion.

Delivery Attendant

• Location: Penjuru (Transport provided at Jurong East MRT station)
• Working days: 5.5 days
• Working hour: 8 hours per day
• Salary: Basic $1,000 - $1,800
• Gross: $2,000 - $4,000

Responsibilities

• Committed to doing everything possible to prevent injuries and to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
• To support the OSH program and make safety and health a part of their daily routine and to ensure that they are following safe work methods and relevant regulations
• Confirm nominated product and quantity as per order delivery ticket before proceeding to supply such as: Check & tally cargoes or tanker number/seal/product grade/quantity
• Assist in loading/unloading of supply equipment and ensure all in good working condition & road worthiness before use
• Perform rigging & signaling of cargoes during vessel supply
• Coordinate with Planner on delivery purpose such as equipment faults, supply disputes
• Communication with Chief Engineer and driver is clear when executing order during supply
• Responsible to submit all delivery document that is check and endorsed after completion
• Other duties assigned by Planner
