Job summary

RTA SHIP SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a responsible Delivery and Loading Specialist to join our marine logistics team. You will be responsible for safe and timely transport of cargo to terminals, shipyards, and project sites.

Daily duties include delivery/collection of marine equipment, verifying orders, loading/unloading, securing cargo, and route planning. Must possess a valid Singapore Class 3 licence and maintain safety on all tasks. English communication skills are required.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 Driving Licence.
• Good and safe driving record.
• Physically fit and able to handle loading and unloading work.
• Responsible, punctual and reliable.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic communication skills in English.
• Marine, logistics or delivery experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily delivery and collection of marine equipment, spare parts, tools, and documents.
• Ensure goods are delivered safely, accurately, and on time to customers, shipyards, terminal, and project sites.
• Check delivery orders and verify items before loading and unloading.
• Assist with loading and unloading of goods when required.
• Ensure proper handling and securing of cargo during transportation.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic condition of company vehicles.
• Conduct basic daily vehicle checks such as fuel, tyres, lights, and general condition.
• Plan efficient delivery routes based on daily schedules.
• Collect signatures and delivery acknowledgements from customers.
• Comply with company safety procedures and site regulations.
