Job summary

A*STAR IMCB invites a motivated scientist to join the LIUS Lab in Singapore to work on DNA-encoded library screening and molecular glue discovery. You will operate at the interface of experimental science, data analysis and drug discovery, performing DEL screens, sequencing data analysis and validating hits across biochemical, biophysical and cellular assays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Proficiency in Python and R for data analysis.
• Wet-lab experience in biochemical, biophysical or cellular experiments.
• Strong understanding of chemistry and chemical structures.
• Interest in combining experimental and computational approaches to drug discovery.

Responsibilities

• Perform DNA-encoded library (DEL) screening.
• Analyse sequencing data and visualise results.
• Prioritise compounds based on data and assay readouts.
• Validate selected hits using biochemical, biophysical and cellular assays.
• Collaborate with team across experimental and computational domains.
