Job summary

BNI Securities PTE. LTD. is seeking a senior professional to lead Institutional Markets, originating mandates, and driving distribution of bond issuances.

You will mentor the team, manage risk, and collaborate across divisions to deliver integrated client solutions in the Asia-Pacific region. Key focus includes Indonesian credit and regional business development, strong stakeholder management, and ensuring AML/KYC and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in banking or finance delivering results in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and execute strategic initiatives aligned with department goals.
• Originate and lead new mandates across Capital Markets deals and collaborate with BNI group for integrated client solutions.
• Lead collaboration with Institutional Markets to distribute new bond issuances and manage liability aligned opportunities.
• Lead client coverage in primary credit markets, focusing on Indonesian credit and regional development.
• Mentor and develop team members within Institutional Markets.
• Embed a risk-aware culture and ensure activities align with internal frameworks and regulations.
• Oversee onboarding and AML/KYC processes with Compliance.
• Monitor fixed income markets to identify opportunities and maintain client relationships.
• Lead ad hoc initiatives and projects as directed by Executive Management.

• Build, lead, and execute strategic initiatives to achieve department goals aligned with Company aspirations
• Originate and lead new mandates across Capital Markets deals and lead synergy with BNI group for integrated client solutions
• Lead collaboration with Institutional Markets team to drive distribution of new bond issuances and liability management that are aligned with business goals
• Lead, originate, and grow client coverage in primary credit markets, focusing on Indonesian credit and regional business development
• Mentor and develop team members within the Institutional Markets department
• Embed a strong risk-aware culture, ensuring all activities align with internal frameworks, regulations, and risk appetite
• Oversee institutional client onboarding and AML/KYC processes in collaboration with Compliance
• Lead monitoring of fixed income markets to identify opportunities and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
• Lead and support ad hoc initiatives and projects as assigned by Executive Management

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in banking or finance demonstrating dependability in delivering results within complex environments
• Strong understanding or experience incorporate lending coupled with credit analysis skills which would be considered a significant advantage.
• Analytical background marked by meticulous attention to detail enabling accurate assessment of transactional requirements.
