Job summary

PwC Singapore seeks a Manager in Corporate Finance within Deals Advisory to lead mergers and acquisitions advisory engagements and provide strategic financial insight across the deal continuum, from origination to execution. You will help clients assess value, structure transactions, and manage cross‑functional teams to deliver value and growth.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional transactions experience with investment banks/corporate finance houses.

• Demonstrating accuracy and attention to detail in a fast paced environment.

• Work on project teams to prepare presentation materials / pitches, as well as execute engagements under guidance of Corporate Finance Partners and Directors.
