Job summary

PricewaterhouseCoopers in Singapore seeks a Senior Manager to join Deals Corporate Finance and deliver innovative solutions across mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. You will lead advisory engagements from initiation to deal completion, providing strategic financial guidance and client service at the highest level.

The role offers exposure to a global PwC network, fast-paced client projects, and opportunities for accelerated professional growth within a multi-competency advisory practice.

Qualifications

• Relevant University Degree(s) and/or MBA qualifications.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant professional transactions experience with investment banks/corporate finance houses.
• Proven experience in Deal Origination, Deal Execution and Project Management.
• Dynamic personality with ability to demonstrate leadership and inspire trust to clients.
• Strong verbal and written communication with analytical skills; accuracy in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead advisor to mergers and acquisitions, private equity, take-overs, corporate restructuring and other corporate finance work.
• Independently run and deliver pitches and engagements under guidance of Corporate Finance Partners.
• Work in a team-based environment offering varied and challenging assignments.

• You will be the lead advisor to mergers and acquisitions, private equity, take-overs, corporaterestructuringand other corporate finance work.
• You will be expected to independently run and deliver on pitches as well as engagements under the overall guidance of the Corporate Finance Partners.

About you
