Job summary

PRICEWATERHOUSECOOPERS ADVISORY SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a deals-focused professional to help clients maximize value across M&A transactions. You’ll work within Delivering Deal Value, handling pre-deal diligence, synergy assessment, and post-deal integration across IT, operations, and finance.

You will manage multiple clients, build relationships with C-suite, and contribute to business development while delivering rigorous analyses and clear, compelling recommendations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above from a reputable university.
• 2–6 years experience in M&A or Divestitures including pre-deal due diligence, integration planning, separation planning, synergy and cost savings analysis, post-deal transformation.
• Strong understanding of operating models, products and services.
• Able to quickly assess performance and outline improvement opportunities.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills with good understanding of financial results.

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage several clients, reporting to Managers and above.
• Establish effective working relationships directly with clients.
• Work directly with private equity investors & corporate C-suite.
• Be actively involved in business development activities to help identify and research opportunities on new/existing clients.
• Handle roles ranging from pre-deal due diligence, value creation lever assessment to post-deal taking control.
• Experience in carve-out and post-merger integration, finance and operations process improvement, financial and business due diligence and business plan review.

A career within Delivering Deal Value services, will provide you with the opportunity to help clients achieve maximum value on their deal transactions by solving transformational and complex challenges. We focus on all operational aspects of a transaction, pre and post completion. We conduct pre deal and confirmatory due diligence, execute large scale enterprise wide integrations, and support complex divestitures and separations on a wide range of functional areas such as Information Technology, Operations, Human Capital and other Backoffice functions.

You’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our clients solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

About you
