Forvis Mazars in Singapore is seeking highly motivated professionals to join Financial Advisory – Deals Advisory Services. You will assist clients in mergers, acquisitions, or divestitures, evaluating deals and valuing businesses.

The role requires strong analytical ability, effective communication, and a proactive, international mindset. You will build financial models, perform market research using S&P Capital IQ, and contribute to client deliverables.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a financial qualification (CA/CPA/ACCA/CVA) or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant international accounting firm experience.
• Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with S&P Capital IQ, Mergermarket, Bloomberg.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, international environment.

Responsabilités

• Analyse historical financial data and identify trends.
• Assess deal issues affecting valuation (earnings quality, net debt, WC).
• Assist in valuation of businesses, shares, and PPAs.
• Build and maintain financial models (DCF, market multiples).
• Perform market research using data providers (S&P Capital IQ).
• Prepare client deliverables and presentations.
• Coordinate meetings with deal stakeholders and advisors.
• Support business development and proposals.
