Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
• Certifications CFA, CVA, RICS or ASA are a plus.
• At least 2–4 years of valuation or corporate finance experience.
• Overseas travel may be required.
• Able to work independently with little supervision.
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin proficiency is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead valuation engagements for business enterprises, intangible assets, financial instruments, and PPA.
• Perform market and industry research.
• Extract and analyse financial data to identify operational and business trends and assess earnings.
• Develop financial models and review projections, identify key value drivers.
• Prepare and deliver high quality reports per valuation standards and IFRS/US GAAP.
• Guide and train juniors in valuation matters; support business development and project proposals.
