Job summary

Qualifications

• 7–12 years in Consulting (Deal Advisory, Management Consulting or Restructuring) or in-house leadership roles with 3–5 years in Value Creation or Performance Improvement projects.
• Exposure to M&A, Private Equity or Due Diligence processes.
• Experience across multiple sectors including Financial Services, Technology, Healthcare, Retail/Consumer, Telecom/Media, Infrastructure, Energy, Industrial Products.
• Strong academic background; MBA, ACA, CFA, CIMA or equivalents or data analytics qualifications desirable.
• Fluency in English with excellent written and oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Deliver deal strategy and value creation projects, including target due diligence focusing on commercial and operational value.
• Lead end-to-end project delivery, working with Partners and Directors, and manage client relationships.
• Guide team members in hypothesis development, data analysis, and review of business plans.
• Collaborate with other advisory teams in Singapore and across the region to deliver projects and support business development.
• Contribute to horizon scanning and proposal development to expand client engagements.
