Responsibilities

• Perform documentation checks ensuring facility and collateral documents meet credit memos.
• Conduct pre-activation checks, ensure security in place and policy compliance.
• Coordinate with law firms on security documents registration and perfection.
• Maintain and update system activations and revisions for facilities.
• Monitor outstanding documents, covenants and insurance renewals.
• Prepare escalation reports and timely updates.
• Process cancellations and mortgage redemptions of facilities.
• Support automation and digitalisation initiatives with project teams.
