You will ensure database availability, performance, security, backup and recovery for mission-critical applications in collaboration with development and infrastructure teams. The role emphasizes hands-on tuning, capacity planning, and implementing high-availability configurations.

Formación

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Strong DBA experience with Microsoft SQL Server or Oracle.
• Hands-on experience with performance tuning, schema optimization, partitioning, and configuration.
• Experience with high availability technologies such as clustering, mirroring, and Availability Groups.
• Strong backup, recovery, security, and disaster recovery knowledge.
• Experience with SSRS and SSIS/ETL.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• MongoDB experience is an advantage.

Requirements

• Strong DBA experience with Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or similar enterprise databases.
• Hands‑on experience with database performance tuning, schema optimization, partitioning, and configuration.
• Experience with high availability technologies such as clustering, mirroring, and Availability Groups.
• Strong knowledge of database backup, recovery, security, and disaster recovery.
• Experience with SSRS and SSIS/ETL.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with MongoDB is an advantage (not required).
• Database certifications from Microsoft, Oracle, or equivalent are a plus.
