Job summary

Morgan Mckinley Pte Ltd is seeking a Database Administrator to support MS SQL Server, Oracle and MariaDB across client environments. You will design standards, plan capacity, and tune performance while coordinating with clients and project managers to meet requirements.

Qualifications

• 3 years of hands-on experience in MS SQL Server and Oracle administration.
• Singaporean due to G50 security clearance requirements by the client.
• Experience with MariaDB installation, configuration and setup, including MS SQL HADR AG Failover Cluster and Peer-to-Peer Replication.
• Familiarity with Oracle Exadata, OGG, MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Cloud DBaaS models is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of database security hardening, monitoring, and capacity planning.
• Excellent coordination with clients, application teams, and vendors.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain high database system availability.
• Strong customer focus and commitment to continuous service improvement.
• Capable of working independently while upholding team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide administration and support for MS SQL Server and Oracle/MariaDB databases across project and client environments.

Requirements & Qualifications:
