Job summary

Institute of Technical Education in Singapore is seeking a Deputy Manager (Data Analysis and Surveys) to support Educational & Career Guidance across the 3 ITE Colleges and HQ divisions, tracking graduates’ employment and employability through Graduate Employment Surveys and building strong alumni relations. This role also administers Special Educational Needs (SEN) support for full-time students.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant working experience in surveys and research methodology.
• Strong IT knowledge; proficiency in digitalisation; SQL knowledge an advantage.
• Good organisational and event management skills.
• Flair for data and finance-related work.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and welcome challenges.

Responsibilities

• Manage Special Educational Needs (SEN) Work.
• Liaise with Colleges to collate SEN, counselling and SEN Fund data for periodic reporting.
• Collate the list of students declared SEN conditions and MOE Health.
• Provide administrative support to the SEN Workgroup.
• Prepare slides for reporting at MOE Management Meeting with Polytechnic and ITE (MMPI).
• Liaise with vendors for internship and employment support for SEN students and graduates.
• Provide support and insights to Student Services data maintenance and processing.
• Tabulate and visualise student, graduate, and GES data for policy initiatives.
• Lead various ITE GES and digital projects and follow up on feedback.
• Submit GES datasets to government agencies like MOE.
• Study, analyse & interpret student data for policy initiatives.
• Handle payment systems and reconciliation of finance journals.
• Review and refine processes and support digitalisation needs.
• Process and manage student records in ITE’s student administration system.
