Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a Data Scientist (Machine Learning) to develop and deploy analytics and ML solutions that support digital transformation. You will analyze large datasets, build predictive models, and deliver insights to improve operations.

You will work with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into data-driven solutions, implementing pipelines and dashboards while ensuring data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Data Science or related field.
• 3-8 years' experience in Data Science, ML, or analytics.
• Strong Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) skills.
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or XGBoost.
• Strong knowledge of supervised and unsupervised learning.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases.
• Cloud familiarity (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience with Power BI or Tableau.
• Git, Docker, and MLOps knowledge is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, train, validate, and deploy ML models for analytics.
• Analyze datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
• Design data pipelines for collection, cleansing, feature engineering, and training.
• Build forecasting, classification, regression, clustering, and anomaly models.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into solutions.
• Evaluate model performance and improve accuracy and reliability.
• Develop dashboards and reports to communicate insights.
• Work with data engineers to productionize models.
• Ensure data quality, governance and compliance.
• Research new ML algorithms and emerging tech.
