Job summary

Ubisoft Singapore is seeking a Data Scientist to join the Asia Intelligence team. The role focuses on shipping AI-powered products, working closely with engineers, analysts, and stakeholders to design, build, and evolve models currently in production and growing in ambition.

You will deliver end-to-end, from data exploration to production deployment, prioritizing measurable impact and scalable solutions across live titles and player engagement contexts.

Qualifications

• Applied ML experience delivering models to production.
• Strong collaboration across engineering, analytics and product teams.
• Experience with personalization engines, recommender systems, or player decisioning.
• Interest in games, entertainment, or consumer products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain ML models and AI products deployed in production with measurable value.
• Contribute to personalization, segmentation, and propensity scoring initiatives impacting retention and engagement.
• Support the development of AI agent architectures and scalable automation workflows.
• Translate stakeholder needs into pragmatic, well-scoped solutions balancing speed and robustness.
• Collaborate with data analysts, data engineers, and product stakeholders to ensure models are integrated and actionable.
