Job summary

Pacific Refreshments PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Manager, Data Science to lead advanced analytics, ML, and Agentic AI initiatives across the ASEAN & South Pacific Operating Unit, delivering measurable business value.

You will own end-to-end analytics products from problem framing to deployment, partnering with business leaders to translate data into strategic actions and competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Operations Research, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• 5-8 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, Advanced Analytics, or related fields.
• Experience delivering AI and analytics solutions from ideation through production deployment.
• Experience working with business stakeholders to solve commercial or operational problems using data.

Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models that support revenue growth and commercial objectives.
• Design prescriptive analytics solutions that recommend optimal actions.
• Apply advanced statistical, ML, and optimization techniques to address business challenges.
• Translate analytical findings into practical business recommendations for OU and market leadership teams.
• Build, validate, and deploy ML models across domains.
• Develop scalable AI solutions leveraging structured and unstructured data.
• Improve model accuracy, performance, and explainability.
• Support productionization of AI solutions with external partners.
