Job summary

Chanel SEAA seeks a Data Science and AI Engineer to design and deliver AI products that transform data into business value across CRM, retail, merchandising, marketing and operations. You will build advanced analytics, ML and agentic AI solutions with responsible AI practices.

The role emphasizes end-to-end data pipelines, model deployment, monitoring and collaboration with data engineering and technology teams to drive measurable impact.

Qualifications

• Strong practical experience applying machine learning techniques to business problems.
• Proficiency in Python and its data science ecosystem, hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Responsibilities

• Design and build machine learning, statistical models to address business questions across client intelligence, CRM, retail performance, merchandising, marketing and operations.
• Develop reusable data science workflows, feature engineering logic, model training pipelines and evaluation frameworks to improve scalability and repeatability.
• Develop and evaluate Generative AI solutions, including prompt-based workflows, retrieval-augmented generation, embedding pipelines, and other LLM-enabled applications.
• Define test-and-learn approaches, pilots, control groups and impact measurement frameworks to validate recommendations and quantify business outcomes.
