Job summary

EXASOFT PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a passionate Data Scientist to design, develop, and deploy AI models powering personalised customer engagement across digital and non-digital channels.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to transform multidimensional data into actionable insights and impactful engagement ideas. The role requires 3–5 years in data science or analytics, strong Python, solid SQL, and familiarity with ML libraries and GenAI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in a data science or analytics role.
• Strong command of Python (especially for text analytics and data manipulation).
• Solid experience with SQL for querying large datasets.
• Familiar with machine learning libraries and GenAI.
• Ability to work with various types of data and derive meaningful insights.
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements.
• Perform feature engineering using customer, product, digital, and behavioural data.
• Design and build scalable AI models.
• Evaluate AI model performance using technical and business metrics.
• Design end-to-end model pipeline and conduct various tests to ensure robustness of solution.
