Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) APAC is seeking a Data Products Associate to design, develop, and deliver innovative data products that support the firm’s analytics strategy and governance standards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into product features, enable data access via APIs, and help scale enterprise platforms such as Databricks and Snowflake while upholding data governance and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in data product development, analytics, or technology delivery.
• Experience with the product development lifecycle and technical design principles.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and supporting stakeholder requirements.
• Strong problem-solving with data strategy or analytics in financial services or related industry.
• Working knowledge of data, AI, and emerging technologies.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into actionable product features and enhancements, ensuring alignment with data and analytics objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and support data source integration.
• Develop and enable APIs and self-service data access capabilities for users.
• Support data product delivery workflows, ensuring validation, documentation, and publishing per standards.
• Participate in implementing and optimizing enterprise data platforms (Databricks, Snowflake).
• Design solutions for data ingestion, transformation, and analytics using distributed computing and cloud-native frameworks.
• Promote data governance practices, including metadata management and data cataloging.
• Work with compliance and risk teams to ensure privacy, protection, and auditability standards.
• Share knowledge and best practices with team members to foster growth.
• Monitor product performance and user adoption, providing insights for improvements.
