Job summary

JPMorgan Chase's Chief Data & Analytics Office (CDAO) APAC seeks a Vice President for AI Products to drive development, deployment, and scaling of AI-powered products across APAC. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to product roadmaps, and ensure secure, compliant solutions aligned with regional objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Applied Statistics, Mathematics, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications, preferably in financial services.
• Experience supporting AI-powered product development and adoption in large organizations.
• Understanding of product development lifecycle, technical design, data analytics, and emerging AI technologies.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholder requirements.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to mentor and support team members.

Responsibilities

• Support the regional strategy and roadmap for Analytics and AI products in APAC.
• Assist in development, launch, and lifecycle management of Analytics and AI products, including Gen AI offerings.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to drive AI adoption and product alignment.
• Contribute to integrating AI capabilities into products using modern AI toolkits.
• Support prompt engineering and agentic workflow design for secure, scalable AI interactions.
• Help ensure platforms meet data sovereignty, localization, and compliance requirements.
• Assist in developing self-service analytics tools, dashboards, and APIs for business users and data scientists.
• Partner with compliance and risk teams to meet data privacy requirements.
• Mentor junior team members and support a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
• Track product performance and provide recommendations for enhancements.
