Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a technical team and delivering projects on time.
• Strong expertise in Big Data platform architecture and backend architecture, with hands-on experience building large-scale platforms.
• Deep understanding of data governance including data quality, metadata, lineage, security, and warehouse standards.
• Proven experience delivering AI/LLM projects in production, with familiarity with AI Agents, RAG, embeddings, and LLM applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Big Data Platform team, define technical strategy and roadmap, and drive project delivery.
• Own the overall architecture and evolution of the data platform for batch and real-time processing.
• Drive data governance framework: quality, metadata, lineage, security, standards.
• Drive AI/LLM capabilities across data platforms and governance areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Big Data Platform team, define technical strategy and roadmap, and drive the delivery of key projects.
• Own the overall architecture and evolution of the data platform, covering batch and real-time processing, data development, data services, and related platform capabilities.
• Drive the development and implementation of a comprehensive data governance framework, including data quality, metadata management, data lineage, data security, and data standards.
• Drive the practical implementation of AI / Large Language Model (LLM) capabilities across data platforms, data governance, data development, and other relevant use cases.
• Lead technical solution reviews, technology selection, and the resolution of complex technical challenges.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing a technical team with strong team leadership and project execution capabilities.
• Strong expertise in Big Data platform architecture and backend architecture, with hands-on experience building large-scale platforms.
• Strong understanding and practical experience in data governance, including data quality, metadata, data lineage, data security, and data warehouse standards.
• Proficiency in mainstream Big Data technologies such as Flink, Spark, Kafka, Databricks, StarRocks/Doris, etc.
• Proven experience delivering AI / LLM projects in production, with familiarity with technologies such as AI Agents, RAG, Embeddings, and LLM applications.
• Strong technical judgment, architecture design capabilities, and the ability to drive cross-functional collaboration and execution.

Nice to Have

• Experience building data platforms or data governance platforms from 0 to 1.
• Experience in financial services, internet technology, or large-scale real-time data environments.
• Proven experience implementing AI + Data Platform or AI + Data Governance solutions in real-world production environments.
