The team emphasizes data governance, quality, metadata, lineage, security, and standards, with a strong focus on AI/LLM implementations across data platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a technical team and delivering projects on time.
• Strong expertise in Big Data platform architecture and backend architecture, with hands-on experience building large-scale platforms.
• Deep understanding of data governance including data quality, metadata, lineage, security, and warehouse standards.
• Proven experience delivering AI/LLM projects in production, with familiarity with AI Agents, RAG, embeddings, and LLM applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Big Data Platform team, define technical strategy and roadmap, and drive project delivery.
• Own the overall architecture and evolution of the data platform for batch and real-time processing.
• Drive data governance framework: quality, metadata, lineage, security, standards.
• Drive AI/LLM capabilities across data platforms and governance areas.
• Lead technical solution reviews, technology selection, and resolve complex challenges.
