• Manage Data Processing Pipelines

• Operates like level 2 incident management
• Picking up tickets ITSM, ServiceNow
• Issue Triage, Root Cause Analysis
• Data Related Ticket Queue
• Data quality issues
• Data content questions
• Access Requests
• Site Reliability Engineering
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Process automation - Awareness of ansible
• Linux platform - Red Hat, CentOs
• Scripting- Python, Bash, Perl (we don’t use perl, but we can cross-train)
• KDB - data processing
• AWS operator knowledge
