Job summary

3 CUBED BUSINESS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. seeks a data platform engineer to design, build, and operate end-to-end data pipelines on Databricks and/or Snowflake, following medallion patterns.

You will configure workspaces, govern data with RBAC and masking, and implement CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code across environments, collaborating with GovTech SDP Central Team and solution architects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years hands-on data engineering or data platform experience.
• Minimum 3 years Databricks experience in data pipeline development and governance.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate end-to-end data pipelines (ingestion → transformation → serving).
• Configure and administer workspaces and accounts, including policies and access hierarchy.
• Implement data governance: catalogue/schema, RBAC, masking and lineage.
• Set up CI/CD and IaC for deployment across environments.
• Configure monitoring, telemetry, and audit logging for security posture.
• Support UAT, integration testing, and parallel-run validation during migration.
• Produce handover documentation for agency operations teams.
• Collaborate with GovTech SDP Central Team and solution architects throughout delivery.
