Job summary

3 CUBED BUSINESS CONSULTING PTE. LTD. is seeking a data engineer to design, build, and operate end-to-end data pipelines on Databricks and Snowflake. You will configure workspaces, enforce governance via RBAC, and implement CI/CD with IaC to support migration and go-live activities.

You will collaborate with GovTech SDP Central Team and stakeholders, ensuring secure data handling and scalable architecture across cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Snowflake-based data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate end-to-end data pipelines on Databricks and/or Snowflake following medallion patterns.
• Configure and administer workspaces and accounts including policy and access hierarchy.
• Implement data governance controls including RBAC, data masking, and lineage tracking.
• Set up CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code for deployment and promotion.
• Configure monitoring, telemetry, and auditing to meet security posture requirements.
• Support UAT, integration testing, and parallel-run validation during migration and go-live.
• Produce handover documentation for agency operations teams.
• Collaborate with GovTech SDP Central Team, agency stakeholders, and Principal solution architects.
