Job summary

ABeam Consulting in Singapore is seeking a Project Manager to lead data analysis projects, oversee end-to-end delivery, and serve as a hands-on Data Analyst while coordinating team members.

The role requires PMO or Business Analyst experience, strong SQL and Power BI skills, and a track record in data migration, KYC/CLM compliance, and banking projects.

You will help develop proposals, support business development, and ensure governance, quality, and client outcomes across initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in data analysis, preferably supporting data migration.
• Strong banking/financial services project background.
• Proficiency in SQL for validation, reconciliation, and analysis.
• Hands-on Power BI dashboard development and reporting.
• Familiarity with ETL tools (Informatica, Talend, SSIS).
• Excellent documentation, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform data profiling on source and target systems for completeness, accuracy and consistency.
• Execute data remediation to resolve anomalies and ensure KYC/CLM compliance.
• Implement data quality checks and document findings for governance and audit.
• Prepare detailed data profiling/remediation documentation aligned with timelines.
• Design, prepare and execute test cases for data migration validation.
• Create and manage test data for SIT and UAT cycles.
• Perform SIT validation to ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with QA to log defects and verify fixes.
• Develop, validate and maintain Power BI dashboards monitoring migration progress and data quality.
• Ensure dashboards provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Work with business analysts, data architects and developers to validate mappings.
