Job summary

EXCELTECH COMPUTERS PTE. LTD. seeks a Data Loss Prevention and Information Protection Specialist to join our security team at Changi Business Park. The role focuses on designing, implementing and tuning DLP controls to protect data across email, endpoints, and web channels.

You will work with Microsoft Purview DLP, develop policy requirements, conduct SITs, and drive analytics and stakeholder communications to ensure effective information protection across the organization.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in DLP, information protection, or related fields.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Purview DLP, policy design, testing, and tuning.
• Knowledge of DLP coverage across email, endpoints, web and other channels.
• Experience with data-classification programmes, DLP policy design, SITs, or document-fingerprinting.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Proactive, team-oriented with ability to drive outcomes independently.

Data Loss Prevention and Information Protection Specialist

Work location: Changi Business Park (bank)

• Approximately five to eight years of relevant experience in DLP, information protection, information security, data protection, technology risk or a closely related discipline.
• Strong functional experience with Microsoft Purview DLP including practical experience in policy design, requirements, testing, tuning and effectiveness assessment.
• Good knowledge of DLP coverage across email, endpoint, web and other channels.
• Experience in handling HVA / supporting data-classification programmes, designing, tuning or testing DLP policies, SITs, classifiers, labels or document-fingerprinting approaches.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, presentation and communication skills.
• Good proactive working attitude, ability to work cohesively as a team and drive outcomes independently.
