Job summary

HR FACTORS PERSONNEL PTE. LTD. is seeking a data analyst to extract data from 3PL platforms, transform it into actionable insights, and build BI dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, Excel) to support data-driven decisions.

Responsibilities include identifying data discrepancies, performing root-cause analyses, and coordinating with internal teams and 3PL vendors to ensure data accuracy and reporting reliability. Hybrid work and a 1-year contract are offered.

Qualifications

• Degree with 2 years of experience in data analysis and visualization.
• Experience in ETL processes and dashboard maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Extract data from 3PL platforms to generate accurate and actionable insights supporting project targets.
• Transform raw data into clear reports and actionable plans that enhance data accuracy and reporting reliability.
• Develop and maintain business intelligence dashboards using Power BI, Excel, and Tableau to enable timely decision-making.
• Identify data discrepancies and perform root cause analysis to resolve issues effectively.
• Collaborate and drive alignment across internal teams, suppliers, and 3PL platform vendors to ensure data consistency.
