Job summary

SPO Singapore Polytechnic is seeking an experienced governance and operations professional to manage a broad portfolio within INDT, working closely with the SP Chief Data Officer to drive data governance, IM8 and Whole-of-Government compliance, and IT Disaster Recovery oversight.

You will oversee budgets, records, and secretariat support for management committees, while identifying digitalisation opportunities and implementing productivity tools to improve processes across departments.

Qualifications

• At least five years of relevant professional experience in data governance or IT governance.
• Strong knowledge of data-sharing, information management and compliance.
• Experience coordinating management committees or cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Partner the SP Chief Data Officer in driving data governance and Whole-of-Government compliance.
• Oversee inter-agency data-sharing requests and engage Data Owners to ensure review and approval.
• Lead development, implementation and improvement of data governance standards and resources.
• Manage departmental budgets, records and information governance, and compliance obligations.
• Lead secretariat and coordination support for management meetings and IT Disaster Recovery activities.

The role will work closely with the SP Chief Data Officer to drive data governance, IM8 and Whole-of-Government compliance; oversee data-sharing requests; managing departmental budgets and records; and leading secretariat and coordination support for management committees and IT Disaster Recovery activities.
