Cornerstone Global Partners seeks a Manager to drive Master Data strategy and evolve data governance across a AI-driven enterprise. The role is hands-on, bridging technical and business stakeholders while building governance agents and orchestrators to automate governance.

Responsibilities include defining ownership, building the metadata framework, and delivering PoCs/MVPs to prove the data strategy in practice for multiple business segments. Strong leadership and communication are required.

Formación

• Proven experience implementing Master Data Management and data governance across a large enterprise or multiple business units
• Deep knowledge of master data design, including identifiers, authoritative sources, stewardship and mastering patterns
• Working knowledge of ontologies, knowledge graphs, metadata and data lineage
• Hands-on exposure to AI agents, orchestrators and automation applied to governance
• Strong stakeholder leadership, bridging technical and business teams, with experience running workshops and training
• Analytical, root-cause problem solver, thorough in documentation, testing and process design

• Define ownership, stewardship and authoritative sources, and drive remediation of duplication and inconsistency.
• Build AI agents and orchestrators to automate governance, with automation designed into every rollout.
• Design metadata capabilities, including lineage, ontologies and knowledge graphs.
• Deliver PoCs and MVPs that prove out data strategy in practice.
• Develop data policies, standards, KPIs and dashboards with business and IT stakeholders.
• Partner with stewards to onboard data assets onto the governance tool, and lead workshops and training to drive adoption

Role & Responsibilities

Own the build-out of the enterprise Master Data capability and data governance across multiple business segments. This is a hands-on, foundational role with a strong AI angle: you will build the agents and orchestrators that automate governance, while bridging technical teams and business stakeholders.
