The role emphasizes data analysis, attention to detail, and strong documentation skills, with options for 3–6 month full-time internships or 3 days/week part-time arrangements.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Statistics, Computer Science, IS, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to analyse data and derive key insights that guide business decisions.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage tasks effectively.
• Full-time interns preferred (3-6 months).
• Part-time interns welcome (at least 3 days a week).

Responsibilities

• Help onboard teams into standardised processes for managing product development work.
• Support the rollout of new initiatives by coordinating timelines, materials, and follow-ups.
• Work with cross-functional teams to streamline governance and project tracking practices.
• Assist in improving and maintaining key operational documentation and workflows.
• Contribute to internal projects aimed at increasing transparency and accountability across teams.
• Provide support on any other tasks assigned by the reporting manager
