Job summary

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel data analysis (PivotTable, XLOOKUP).
• Familiar with SQL and Python scripting.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong numbers and data insight skills.
• Knowledge of Facebook, Google Ads and Affiliate Marketing is an advantage.
• Strong presentation, writing and communication skills.
• Adaptable to a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle inquiries from sellers and relationship managers during onboarding, adoption, and optimization phases.
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for external stakeholders highlighting solution performance.
• Develop marketing collateral and Go-To-Market materials (emails, pitches, articles, external decks).
• Contribute to process optimization across internal and cross-functional teams.
• Assist with miscellaneous operational tasks, like updating weekly performance data and supporting account managers.
• Design and automate tools and dashboards to monitor performance metrics.
• Conduct competitor analyses and benchmark product offerings for revenue strategies.
• Analyze data to derive insights for reporting, planning and growth opportunities.
• Support project ideation and execution within the team.
• Measure and report on marketing initiative results.
• Generate performance reports to support ops and biz dev teams.
• Identify opportunities and collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve business growth.
