You will help develop dashboards, monitor KPIs, support budget tracking and outsourcing oversight, and drive process improvements while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience in data governance, data management, or related fields.
• Strong reporting and analytics skills.
• Familiarity with risk management practices.
• Understanding of banking operations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and KPIs to monitor departmental performance.
• Support budget tracking, resource monitoring, expenditure analysis and variance reporting.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvement and workflow automation.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects across the COO scope.
• Support automation of processes and system enhancements to improve efficiency and security.
• Assist with outsourcing oversight and third-party risk management (TPRM).
• Support procurement, invoice processing, billing activities, and supplier/SLA monitoring.
• Maintain and monitor governance documentation within the COO department.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
