Job summary

DRW's Software Engineer Intern (Data Engineering) in Singapore will join the Commodities trading group to build data pipelines for ingestion and analysis of datasets. You will work with senior data engineers and stakeholders on greenfield and established projects, delivering efficient pipelines to empower traders.

You will have opportunities to design core data infrastructure, frameworks and services as you gain experience, while enjoying organized social events and mentorship that help you

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s in CS/EE/CE/related with expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Knowledge of PostgreSQL and Pandas.
• Experience in data engineering.
• Strong Python programming and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate Python data pipelines for trading, research and analytics.
• Contribute to data quality, data modelling, databases and Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with researchers to understand their needs and develop data solutions.
• Contribute to the design and evolution of legacy and greenfield systems in a small team.
