Activate Interactive Pte Ltd is seeking a data engineer to join the Co-Development Business Unit for Singapore Government Agency projects. You will design and deploy data pipelines, integrate data sources, and develop backend APIs to support data-driven applications.

The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams and hands-on experience in cloud-based data platforms. The position is a fixed-term contract (1 year) based in Singapore, offering a market-competitive compensation package

Formación

• Experience with data engineering in big data environments using cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud).
• Proficient in database design and various databases (SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, MySQL, etc.).
• Experience building production-grade data pipelines and ETL/ELT data integration.
• Knowledge of system design, data structures, and algorithms.
• Familiar with data governance, access control, and security best practices.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and deploy data tables, views, and data marts across data warehouses and data lakes.
• Build large-scale batch and real-time data pipelines with orchestration and processing frameworks.
• Integrate and consolidate data silos in scalable, compliant ways.
• Collaborate with project manager, data architect, analysts, frontend developers, and data analysts to build data-driven products.
• Develop backend APIs and manage databases to support applications.
