Job summary

cultivar asia pte. ltd. is seeking a Technical Programme Manager with CSA engineering background to lead data centre development programmes. You will coordinate activities, manage governance, and work with consultants, contractors, and vendors to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

The role requires strong documentation, stakeholder management, and procurement experience, with a focus on multi‑discipline coordination across project teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in civil/structural/architectural discipline or related field.
• Proven programme/project coordination experience in construction or data‑centre environments.
• Experience with governance, procurement, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate programme activities for data centre development projects.
• Prepare minutes, reports, and progress updates for governance reviews.
• Maintain logs, risk registers, RFIs, and programme documentation.
• Manage engineering documentation and revision control.
• Support change management and track project issues through lifecycle.
• Compile status reports and communicate milestones to stakeholders.
• Review contracts, POs, and vendor invoices for compliance.
• Track procurement and vendor onboarding within programme timelines.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors and cross‑functional teams.
• Support governance, escalation, and project controls.
