MINE ITS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a capable project lead to steer Data Centre initiatives, providing direction to project engineers and ensuring on-time delivery.

You will prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor projects while ensuring compliance with codes, standards, and internal QA/QC policies. Close collaboration with clients, contractors, and building management is essential to success.

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide project engineers on Data Centre projects.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned Data Centre projects.
• Monitor compliance to relevant codes, practices, performance standards, specifications and internal QA/QC policies.
• Interact regularly with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
• Co-ordinate with all contractors, building management and/or appointed contractors by client/building management during execution of project.
• Perform overall quality control of the work (schedule, plans, contractor's performance) and report regularly on project status
• Cooperate and communicate effectively with other project participants to provide assistance and technical support
• Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions
• To perform duties which are not mentioned above from time to time, but are necessary for the growth and fulfillment of the Company's requirement
• To observe and adhere to all Company's rules and regulations
