Job summary

Gaw Capital is seeking an Analyst to join its growing Data Centre Platform in Singapore. This is an excellent opportunity for someone to contribute to the data center investment pipeline across APAC, working with senior investment leaders.

You will perform financial modelling, due diligence, market research and deal execution duties, coordinating with partners, lenders and local teams. A strong background in real estate or digital infrastructure and 4+ years of experience is preferred; MBA/CFA

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience in real estate, data center or digital infrastructure investment.
• Strong financial analysis and advanced spreadsheet modelling skills.
• APAC real estate and data center market knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Deal origination and evaluation across multiple jurisdictions.
• Build and stress-test financial models including IRR and equity multiples.
• Lead execution and due diligence with cross-functional teams.
• Conduct market research on markets, grid constraints and pricing trends.
• Prepare investment memos and manage stakeholder updates.
• Coordinate with JV partners, developers and operators on site matters.
