Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Facilities Technical Specialist for a shift-based role in a data centre environment. You will monitor BMS systems and critical facilities equipment, ensuring safety and security while supporting remote hands requests.

The role requires 1+ year in facility operations, knowledge of DC facilities like PDUs and UPS, and relevant certifications (ITIL/CDCP/CDCS). Expect 12-hour rotating shifts and active coordination with contractors.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of relevant work experience in facility operations.
• Willing to commit to rotating 12-hour shifts.
• General knowledge of mechanical, electrical & building services (M&E).
• Broad knowledge of DC facilities systems: PDUs, UPS, DC rectifier, Generator, DRUPs, CRAUs, Chiller.
• Facilities management or data centre certifications (ITIL, CDCP, CDCS).
• Knowledge of cloud tech, networks, DC facilities, system applications and IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor BMS and critical facilities equipment in the data centre environment.
• Respond to remote hands requests within SLAs.
• Ensure safety, security and customer support policy adherence.
• Oversee onsite security operations and related software systems.
• Coordinate and support internal contractors and vendors, review PTW documents.
• Create accurate reporting for internal stakeholders when needed.
