OCBC Bank Singapore is seeking a Data Centre Facilities Engineer to oversee daily operations of our Data Centre facilities, ensuring safety, availability and cost-effectiveness.
You will manage 24/7 operations, monitor building services, drive sustainability initiatives and coordinate with vendors to maintain reliability.
This role requires a 5+ year background in data centre facilities in a critical environment with strong DC systems knowledge and stakeholder collaboration.

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Centre Facilities Engineer to oversee the daily operations and management of our Data Centre facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that our operations meet the highest standards of safety, security, availability, productivity, capacity, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
24/7 Operational Support: Provide continuous oversight of our Data Centre facility, including security, access control, process optimisation, audits, and compliance certifications.
Monitoring and Maintenance: Regularly monitor building services to ensure optimal performance of Data Centre systems and facilities.
Sustainability Initiatives: Lead studies and reporting focused on Green Initiatives, particularly in power utilisation and general facility management to drive efficiency.
Operational Excellence: Manage the maintenance and daily operations of Data Centre facilities to ensure uninterrupted availability and fulfil our service commitments to customers.
Continuous Improvement: Contribute to team success by managing and strategising activities with a focus on outcome‑based continuous improvement. Vendor Management: Oversee and coordinate with vendors and contractors to maximise effectiveness and efficiency, ensuring safety, cost-effectiveness, equipment longevity, and reliability while adhering to industry best practices for Mechanical & Electrical infrastructure.
Maintenance Coordination: Participate in the scheduling, coordination, and execution of significant planned and emergency maintenance events, ensuring these activities are conducted in a controlled manner to maintain the reliability of critical systems
