Job summary

PAN & Company Pte Ltd is seeking a commercial and strategy professional to support expanding digital infrastructure requirements in Singapore. The role sits at the intersection of technology, data centre investment and commercial strategy, shaping decisions on capacity, partnerships and long-term infrastructure investments.

You will work with technical, commercial and business stakeholders to drive data centre expansion plans, evaluate costs and optimise vendor performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial management, infrastructure strategy, solution architecture or related roles
• Experience in data centre, telecommunications, cloud, IT infrastructure or energy sectors preferred
• Strong analytical and commercial capabilities, ability to work with both technical and business stakeholders

We are partnering with a leading, fast-growing technology group with a significant regional presence to appoint a commercial and strategy professional to support its expanding digital infrastructure requirements.

The Opportunity

Working alongside technical, commercial and business stakeholders, you will:

• Support data centre expansion strategies, capacity planning and site evaluations.
• Evaluate commercial opportunities, investment costs and total cost of ownership.
• Work with data centre operators, colocation providers and technology partners on commercial negotiations and partnerships.
• Analyse market trends, infrastructure costs and emerging technologies to support investment decisions.
• Identify opportunities to optimise infrastructure expenditure, operational efficiency and vendor performance.

Who We're Looking For

We welcome candidates with at least 2+ years of experience in commercial management, infrastructure strategy, solution architecture or related roles within the data centre, telecommunications, cloud, IT infrastructure or energy sectors.

You should bring strong analytical and commercial capabilities, an understanding of infrastructure technologies and the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Familiarity with data centre infrastructure, particularly mechanical and electrical systems, would be advantageous.
